B. Überspringen fehlgeschlagener Dateien beim Laden
Du kannst den Parameter silent_errors dem DirectoryLoader übergeben, um das Laden von Dateien, die fehlschlagen, zu überspringen und den Ladevorgang fortzusetzen.

C. Automatische Codierungserkennung
