低レベルでは、デフォルトでUnstructuredLoaderを使用します。

マルチスレッディングの使用
デフォルトでは、読み込みは単一スレッドで実行されます。複数のスレッドを使用するには、use_multithreadingフラグをtrueに設定してください。

また、TextLoader のデフォルトの動作では、ドキュメントの読み込みに失敗すると、全体の読み込みプロセスが失敗し、どのドキュメントも読み込まれません。
B. ロード失敗ファイルのスキップ
DirectoryLoader に silent_errors パラメータを渡すと、失敗したファイルのロードをスキップしてロード処理を継続することができます。

C. 自動エンコーディング検出
